REIA NM is busy supporting clean energy pieces of legislation this session!  Our top priorities for support in the 2023 New Mexico legislative session include:

House Bill 32 – Provides a tax credit for the installation and purchase of an energy storage system on residential, commercial or agricultural properties.  See:  https://www.nmlegis.gov/Sessions/23%20Regular/bills/house/HB0032.html

Senate Bill 56 – Eliminates the requirement that a renewable energy distributed generation system be sized to supply no more than 120 percent of the host’s average annual electricity consumption. See:  https://www.nmlegis.gov/Sessions/23%20Regular/bills/senate/SB0056.html
