 | Jim DesJardins, Executive Director Jim was born and raised in Chicago and earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His professional career has included positions in the desktop computer industry, telecommunications, real estate and at a U.S. Embassy for the Department of State. Since 2008, he has resided in Albuquerque, NM working in a variety of positions in the solar industry. He is currently the Executive Director of the Renewable Energy Industries Association of New Mexico (REIA). When he is not working, he enjoys running, cycling and hiking. | Stephany Farley, Administrative Assistant Stephany grew up in New Mexico and received her B.A. in English and Psychology from UNM. She then pursued graduate studies at San Diego State University and received a Master’s degree in English and Comparative Literature. Stephany has over 10 years of experience in non-profit and events management and has spent the last 3 years in various roles within the renewable energy industry.
