With Round 2 rules being finalized ahead of the RFP release, the New Mexico Climate Investment Center is hosting a webinar on the financing solutions built to close that gap: low-cost, flexible pre-development capital that can roll into construction and permanent financing.
The session will cover federal tax credits and current developer options, Davis-Bacon and Build America, Buy America compliance, NMCIC terms, and NMCIC's typical due diligence process, with plenty of time for Q&A.
